If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Eligible cases may receive a replacement or refund after review.
Due to the handcrafted and customized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
